AMERICAN PANTHERS FAVORS THE STRICTEST POSSIBLE GUN REGULATION AND REGISTRATION LAWSContrary to the NRA slogan, American Panthers believes that guns do kill people. The constitution of the United States grants permission to bear arms only in the context of the need for a militia. Recent technology has raised the possibility that a data file could be produced that would link any bullet to the gun that fired it. That technology must be pursued, perfected, and implemented. LHS |
