The United States must encourage and support the United Nations in its efforts at world population control. This may be a controversial matter politically, but it is essential if the human condition is to be acceptable. Without the intervention of an intelligent and united humanity, the world's population will be controlled by nature through starvation and plague, and eventually by way of wars over food, and living space.
